Abstract (en)

The yarn (17) runs through a yarn draw-off nozzle (7) and is then deflected upwards at false-twist edges (11, 12) of a yarn deflection point (33). It then runs through a pneumatic false-twist device (19), there is given a false twist reinforcing the true twist on the feed side, thereafter forms a fibre-spreading yarn balloon and then runs through the pair of draw-off rollers (20, 21). The result is a relatively hairy or velvety yarn soft-twisted at a high draw-off speed. <IMAGE>

Das Garn (17) durchläuft eine Garnabzugsdüse (7) und wird dann an Falschdrallkanten (11, 12) einer Garnauslenkstelle (33) nach oben ausgelenkt. Es durchläuft dann eine pneumatische Falschdrahtvorrichtung (19), wird dort mit einem zufuhrseitig den echten Draht verstärkenden Falschdraht versehen, bildet danach einen faserabspreizenden Fadenballon und durchläuft dann das Abzugswalzenpaar (20, 21). Das Ergebnis ist ein bei hoher Abzugsgeschwindigkeit weich gedrehtes und verhältnismäßig haariges beziehungsweise flauschiges Garn.
