Das Verfahren zum Abstützen des Ankerkopfes (10, 10') eines spannbaren Verpreßankers (1) auf einem Widerlager (7) sieht vor, daß nach dem Nachspannen eines oder mehrerer Zugglieder (3) der im Abstand von dem Widerlager (7) befindliche Ankerkopf (10, 10') durch ein Abstandselement abgestützt wird. In den Zwischenraum zwischen Widerlager und Ankerkopf wird als Abstandselement ein hartes körniges oder erhärtbares Material eingeführt.
