On the free ends of the bracket arms, there hang passenger carriers. By means of an excentric device, the connecting rods of which are articulated on the one hand on the excentric device and on the other hand on the bracket arms, the bracket arms, with the passenger carriers, can be pivoted in alternating high and inclined positions about axes tangential to the central axis. The excentric device has, below the bracket arms, two turntables arranged coaxially above one another and concentrically with the central axis, which are rotatable about the central axis together and independently of the bracket arms, the upper turntable being pivotable into an inclined position relative to the lower turntable.
