In a device for mounting a roll ring (3) on a roll shaft (1), the roll ring (3) is braced axially between two pressure rings (11, 12) and supported on the roll shaft (1) via a wedge-shaped sleeve (7), it being possible for one of the pressure rings (11, 12) to be displaced axially via a tensioning device and for the wedge-shaped sleeve (7) to be axially displaced via a servodrive. In order to be able to adjust the axial and radial prestressing of the roll ring (3) in a simple and accurate manner, the pressure ring (12) has passage guides (19), distributed over the circumference on the side of the tensioning device, for axial pressure rams (9) provided between the wedge-shaped sleeve (7) and its servodrive, the tensioning device and the servodrive each consisting of an annular piston (10, 14) which can be charged separately by a hydraulic means.

Bei einer Vorrichtung zum Befestigen eines Walzringes (3) auf einer Walzenwelle (1) wird der Walzring (3) zwischen zwei Druckringen (11, 12) axial eingespannt und über eine Keilhülse (7) auf der Walzenwelle (1) abgestützt, wobei einer der Druckringe (11, 12) über eine Spanneinrichtung und die Keilhülse (7) über einen Stelltrieb axial verschoben werden können. Um die axiale und radiale Vorspannung des Walzringes (3) einfach und genau einstellen zu können, weist der Druckring (12) auf der Seite der Spanneinrichtung über den Umfang verteilte Durchtrittsführungen (19) für zwischen der Keilhülse (7) und deren Stelltrieb vorgesehene, axiale Druckstößel (9) auf, wobei die Spanneinrichtung und der Stelltrieb je aus einem gesondert mit einem Hydraulikmittel beaufschlagbaren Ringkolben (10, 14) bestehen.
