[origin: JPH0228455A] PURPOSE: To accurately lay a laid-out fabric layer in an edge part area of a pile of fabric web layers by movably arranging the directing surfaces for deflecting a fabric web freely suspending from fabric web sending-out means under the fabric web sending-out means. Um eine Stofflegemaschine zum Zickzacklegen einer Stoffbahn (24) mit einer Stoffbahnführung, umfassend eine in vorgegebener Höhe über einem Lagenpaket (30) aus ausgelegten Stofflagen geführte Stoffbahnausgabe, von welcher ausgehend die Stoffbahn beim Legen frei fällt und über eine Umbiegung (84) in die oberste Stofflage (28) übergeht sowie eine der Stoffbahnausgabe zugeordnete Abschneideeinrichtung (74) derart zu verbessern, daß ein exaktes Auslegen der Stofflagen im Bereich der Ränder (122) des Lagenpakets möglich ist, wird vorgeschlagen, daß eine die von der Stoffbahnausgabe frei fallende Stoffbahn umlenkende Stoffbahnleitfläche (88,90) vor die Stoffbahnausgabe bewegbar ist.
