The invention relates to an indicator for the recovery of skiers buried by an avalanche, with the aid of a search and rescue system which works with transmitters and receivers; in order to guarantee quick recovery with great certainty and to offer every skier in a simple manner the possibility of making use of the advantages of a search and rescue system, it is proposed that the indicator located on the skier forms a unit with a ski pass.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Indikator zum Wiederauffinden von durch Lawinen verschütteten Skifahrern mit Hilfe eines Such- und Rettungssystemes, das mit Sendern und Empfängern arbeitet; um das Wiederauffinden schnell und mit hoher Sicherheit zu gewährleisten sowie jedem Skifahrer in einfacher Weise die Möglichkeit zu bieten, die Vorteile eines Such- und Rettungssystems zu nutzen, wird vorgeschlagen, daß der beim Skifahrer befindliche Indikator mit einem Skipass eine Einheit bildet.
