Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0342572A2] It is intended to manufacture a relay in as small a design as possible. Therefore, the yoke (9) consists of flat material standing on its edge and bent to form a U and of a transversely displaceable armature (17). In this design, the free leg ends (14, 15) of the yoke (9) are bendable or oscillatory. Mounted on a housing part (1) there are pressure elements (18) which press the free leg ends (14, 15) with pretensioning against the coil flange (16). The invention is particularly suitable for miniature relays. <IMAGE>
