In a crane installation for a container, pendulum movements during the lowering of the spreader are suppressed by a method wherein the spreader, after reaching the particular intended position of the carrier, is brought into contact with the traveller, in a manner such as to damp the pendulum movement. According to a further embodiment, the location of the spreader relative to the intended point of contact is determined by a remote detection system provided on the spreader. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei einer Containerkrananlage (14) werden Pendelbewegungen während des Absenkens des Spreaders (24) dadurch unterdrückt, daß der Spreader (24) nach Erreichen der jeweiligen Soll-Position des Hubseilträgers in pendeldämpfende Berührung mit der Laufkatze (18) gebracht wird. Nach einer weiteren Ausführungsform wird der Ort des Spreaders (24) gegenüber dem anzufahrenden Standort durch ein am Spreader angebrachtes Fernerkennungssystem (244) ermittelt.
