The invention relates to a support structure for the cantilevered fixing of a sanitary device to a wall having an internal framework. <??>According to the invention, this support structure comprises, connected to one another, all in one piece, by two jambs (31), two cross pieces (32, 33) at least one of which, the upper cross piece (32), has at least one pair of pierced holes (34) and, in practice, a plurality of such pierced holes (34) suitable for fixing the sanitary device (11) in question, with, jointly, locating means (45, 50, 55, 58) capable of enabling at least one conduit or duct, suitable for supplying such a sanitary device (11), to be secured thereto at a given point. <??>Application to the cantilevered fixing of any type of sanitary device whatsoever. <IMAGE>
