In casings whose casing wall consists of a lattice covered with plastic film, the necessary stability of the casing is currently obtained by an L-shaped bending of the edge of the casing wall pointing towards the concreting base. However, this bending requires an additional operation and also needs a relatively large amount of material. So that the casing (1) can be produced and erected in a simpler and more cost-effective manner, a U-shaped assembly supporting part (8, 9) is arranged on the concreting base (13) and is used for supporting the casing wall (2), which, with unbent bottom edges (4a, 5a, 6a, 7a) directed towards the concreting base (13), is arranged on the assembly supporting parts (8, 9). Abstract (de)
Bei Schalungen, deren Schalungswandung aus einem mit Kunststoffolie bedeckten Gitterwerk besteht, wird gegenwärtig die notwendige Standfestigkeit der Schalung durch ein L-förmiges Abwinkeln der zur Betonierunterlage weisenden Kante der Schalungswandung erreicht. Dieses Abwinkeln erfordert jedoch einen zusätzlichen Arbeitsgang und ist darüber hinaus relativ materialintensiv. Um die Schalung (1) einfacher und kostengünstiger herstellen und aufstellen zu können, wird ein U-förmiges Montage-Unterstützungsteil (8, 9) auf der Betonierunterlage (13) angordnet und zur Abstützung der Schalungswandung (2) verwendet, die mit unabgewinkelten, gegen die Betonierunterlage (13) gerichteten, unteren Kanten (4a, 5a, 6a, 7a) an den Montage-Unterstützungsteilen (8, 9) angeordnet ist. Die Schalung eignet sich besonders zum Herstellen von Fundamenten.
