Abstract (en)
The device serves for removing residues deposited on an inner wall (7) of a pipe carrying hot gases and/or vapours. This device has a scraping device, which can be activated by means of an axially extended shaft (13), and at least one discharge orifice (16) for the removed residues. <??>The intention is to provide a device, from which residues can be removed using simple means from regions subject to temperatures of over 1300 DEG C. This is achieved in that the scraping device has at least one metal part (15) wound in a helical shape in the axial direction and connected to the shaft (13). In this arrangement the shaft (13) is of axially displaceable design. The shaft (13) is driven in such a way that the metal part (15) can be screwed into the pipe in a corkscrew-like manner.

Die Vorrichtung dient zur Entfernung von an einer Innenwand (7) eines heisse Gase und/oder Dämpfe führenden Rohres abgelagerten Rückständen. Diese Vorrichtung weist eine durch eine axial erstreckte Welle (13) betätigbare Kratzvorrichtung und mindestens eine Austragsöffnung (16) für die entfernten Rückstände auf. Es soll eine Vorrichtung geschaffen werden, aus welcher mit einfachen Mitteln Rückstände aus mit über 1300 <o>C beaufschlagten Bereichen entfernt werden können. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, dass die Kratzvorrichtung mindestens ein in axialer Richtung schraubenförmig gewundenes, mit der Welle (13) verbundenes Metallteil (15) aufweist. Die Welle (13) ist dabei axial verschieblich ausgeführt. Die Welle (13) wird so angetrieben, dass das Metallteil (15) korkenzieherartig in das Rohr eingeschraubt wird.
