[origin: US4969565A] Device (1) for connecting an enteral nutrition tube (7) to a nutrient composition container and having a neck (8A-8D), of the type comprising a transverse closure wall (4) and a skirt (3) forming with said wall a plug adapted to be fixed to said neck (8A-8B), characterized in that it is independent of the tube (7), in that the transverse closure wall comprises a reduced thickness area (5) adapted to be perforated by a perforator end-piece (6) mounted on one end of said tube, and in that said skirt forms part of a set of at least two coaxial elastic cylindrical skirts (2, 3) fastened to the transverse closure wall and each adapted to engage inside or outside the necks of containers having at least two different predetermined formats.

Dispositif (1) pour le raccordement d'une tubulure de nutrition entérale (7) à un récipient contenant une composition nutritive et muni d'un goulot (8A-8D), du type comportant une paroi transversale d'obturation (4) et une jupe (3) formant avec cette paroi un bouchon adapté à se fixer sur ce goulot (8A-8B), caractérisé en ce qu'il est indépendant de la tubulure (7), en ce que la paroi transversale d'obturation comporte une zone d'épaisseur réduite (5) adaptée à être perforée par un embout perforateur (6) monté à une extrémité de cette tubulure, et en ce que ladite jupe fait partie d'un jeu d'au moins deux jupes cylindriques élastiques coaxiales (2,3) solidaires de la paroi transversale d'obturation et pouvant s'engager chacune, intérieurement ou extérieurement, sur des goulots de récipients ayant au moins deux formats prédéterminés différents.
