[origin: WO8904108A1] An heating device comprises an elongated heating element made of of graphite surrounded by a sheath (3) of corrosion-resistant refractory metallic alloy sheet or covered with a protective metallic layer with regular corrugations. The heating element (1) has fixing and centering means comprising an insulating crown (30) engaged in a cylindrical skirt (33) fixed inside the sheath to one end of said element and a composite sole for fixing and supplying electricity to the heating element consisting of two electrically insulated metallic elements rigidly attached to each other by means of a ceramic insulating plate (25).

Il s'agit d'un dispositif de chauffage électrique comprenant un élément chauffant allongé en graphite entouré par une gaine (3) en tôle d'alliage métallique réfractaire résistant à la corrosion ou recouverte d'une couche de protection métallique présentant des ondulations régulières. L'élément chauffant (1) comporte des moyens de fixation et de centrage comprenant une couronne isolante (30) engagée dans une jupe cylindrique (33) fixée sur la partie interne de la gaine à une des parties terminales dudit élément et une semelle composite de fixation et d'alimentation électrique de l'élément chauffant constituée par deux portions métalliques isolées électriquement et fixées rigidement l'une à l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'une plaque isolante en céramique (25).
