Devices for trimming containers (10) on the decks of ships possess a traction member, conventionally designed as a lashing rod (13), and a tensioning member (12). The latter, for the purposes of fine adjustment, possesses a connecting part (24) and a spindle drive (25) comprising a threaded spindle (38) having a spindle nut (39). This makes it more difficult to connect the tensioning member (12) to the lashing bar (13), since in order to do this the threaded spindle (38) has first to be screwed by a certain distance into the connecting part (24) with the spindle nut (39). The object of the invention is to simplify this. In order to achieve this object, it is proposed, according to the invention, that the threaded spindle (38) be connected to the connecting part (24) by a spindle nut (39) which is displaceable in the longitudinal direction to the connecting part (24). By this method it is possible to connect the lashing bar (13) to the tensioning member (12) in any desired position of the spindle nut (39) on the threaded spindle (38), both being free for relative displacement with respect to the connecting part (24) in order to achieve approximate longitudinal adjustment. <IMAGE>

Vorrichtungen zum Verzurren von Containern (10) an Deck von Schiffen verfügen über ein üblicherweise als Zurrstange (13) ausgebildetes Zugorgan und ein Spannorgan (12). Letztes verfügt zur Feineinstellung über ein Verbindungsteil (24) und einen Spindeltrieb (25) aus einer Gewindespindel (38) mit einer Spindelmutter (39). Dieses erschwert die Verbindung des Spannorgans (12) mit der Zurrstange (13), da dazu erst die Gewindespindel (38) um ein bestimmtes Maß in das Verbindungsteil (24) mit der Spindelmutter (39) hineingeschraubt werden soll. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, dieses zu vereinfachen. Dazu wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, daß die Gewindespindel (38) mit dem Verbindungsteil (24) durch eine in Längsrichtung zum Verbindungsteil (24) verschiebbare Spindelmutter (39) verbunden ist. Hierdurch ist es möglich, die Zurrstange (13) mit dem Spannorgan (12) bei beliebiger Position der Spindelmutter (39) auf der Gewindespindel (38) zu verbinden, indem beide gegenüber dem Verbindungsteil (24) frei relativ verschiebbar sind zur Herbeiführung einer Groblängeneinstellung.
