[origin: US4944559A] The body (1) of the tool consists of a single-piece steel component. The housing (3) for the composite abrasive component (2) is provided in this steel component. The working surface (5) of the body (1) has, at least in its component-holder part (5a), and angle at the lower vertex of at least 20% with respect to the angle at the vertex of the corresponding part (8a) of a metallic carbide tool for working the same rock. The surface (5a) of the component holder (4) is at least partially covered by an erosion layer (10) of hard material.

Le corps (1) de l'outil est constitué par une pièce monobloc en acier. Le logement (3) de la pièce abrasive composite (2) est ménagé dans cette pièce en acier. La surface de travail (5) du corps (1) présente, au moins dans sa partie porte-pièce (5a) un angle au sommet inférieur d'au moins 20 % à l'angle au sommet de la partie correspondante (8a) d'un outil en carbure métallique pour l'abattage de la même roche. La surface (5a) du porte-pièce (4) est recouverte au moins partiellement par une couche d'usure (10) en matériau dur.
