[origin: US5073031A] The invention relates to a device for the continuous manufacture of an emulsion. The device comprises melters (1, 2) for bringing the components to the liquid state to form the emulsion. A metering melter (5) is provided to ensure the measuring out of the components of the emulsion in a mass proportion. This metering melter comprises a vessel (60) coupled to an electronic balance (7), the metering melter being connected to an emulsion vessel (6) by a pipework (51). Elementary metering feeding means (8) of different flow rates are provided, each being connected by a pipework (80) in its upper part to the melter (1, 2) permitting the components to be brought to the liquid state. The metering elementary feeding means (8) are also fed in their lower part with a floating fluid by means of a feeding circuit (19) making it possible to ensure the feeding of the metering melter with a component by overflowing when commanded by the change in the floating level of the components. Applications to the manufacture of alimentary, pharmaceutical or cosmetological emulsions.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de fabrication en continu d'une émulsion.Le dispositif comporte des fondoirs (1, 2) pour amener des composants à l'état liquide pour constituer l'émulsion. Un fondoir-doseur (5) est prévu pour assurer le dosage à proportion en masse des composants de l'émulsion. Ce fondoir-doseur comporte une cuve (60) accouplée à une balance électronique (7), le fondoir-doseur étant relié à une cuve à émulsion (6) par une canalisation (51). Des moyens d'alimentation doseur élémentaires (8) de débits différents sont prévus, chacun étant relié par une canalisation (80) à leur partie supérieure au fondoir (1, 2) permettant d'amener les composants à l'état liquide. Les moyens d'alimentation élémentaire doseurs (8) sont également alimentés à leur partie inférieure par un fluide de flottage au moyen d'un circuit d'alimentation (9) permettant d'assurer l'alimentation du fondoir-doseur en composant par débordement, sur commande de la variation du niveau de flottage des composants.Applications à la fabrication d'émulsions alimentaires, pharmaceutiques, ou cosmétologiques.
