Abstract (en)
It comprises, as is conventional, an oscillating blade carrier (8-9) integrally connected to a swivelling shaft (3) mounted eccentrically relative to the centre axis (0) of the drum (1). According to the invention, the blade carrier comprises an arm (12) facing outwards and which supports a stripper (14), the working edge (14a) of which is situated further from the said shaft (3) than the edge (10a) of the scraper or knife (10). This edge (14a) is situated on a radius off set in the direction of rotation (F) of the drum (1) relative to that which passes through the edge (10a) of the scraper or knife (10). In other words, the said working edge (14a) of the stripper (14) is situated outside the scraper or knife (10) relative to its shaft (3). Stops, not shown, make it possible to determine the successive travels of the device according to the invention. Beyond the first stop, the working edge (10a) of the scraper or knife (10) is non-operational, whereas that (14a) of the stripper (14) removes the neutral layer (2a) applied against the inner face of the wall (1) of the drum. <IMAGE>
