Abstract (en)
A locking armature for a sliding opener (5) comprises a housing (2) surface-mounted on the inner face (3) of the front upright (4) of the said sliding opener (5) and serving as a receptacle for a hooked latch (18) capable of being controlled from inside and outside. <??>In order, by means of a such a locking armature, to obtain a blocking of the sliding opener (5) against the stationary frame (49) at several levels, it is equipped with at least one actuating rod (46) sliding in an end section (50) seated in the front upright (4) of the opener (5), this actuating rod (46) and the hooked latch (18) being actuated simultaneously. <IMAGE>
