Abstract (en)
[origin: WO8805931A1] To obtain a play-free bearing installation for a guide drum (10) in a non-mechanical printer or photocopier, which at the same time permits easy replacement of the guide drum (10), the latter is guided by two seating flanges (14, 15) with conical necks (16). One seating flange (14) is integral with the drive shaft (13) of the film guide drum (10), the other (18) is removable. A tensioning device screwed on to the drive shaft (13) ensures the necessary locking by shape and force between the guide drum (10) and the seating flanges (14, 18). Expansion elements (25) between the drive shaft (13) and the removable seating flange (18) ensure shape and force locking between the said shaft and said flange and centre them. The drive shaft (13) has a bearing on either side, one of which (35) is removable and located on a plate (34) covering the area of access to the drum.
