Au cours du procédé décrit, on introduit dans le sol à traiter un liquide (A) contenant du verre soluble, que l'on fait réagir avec un liquide (B) également introduit dans le sol, afin de former un hydrogel. Ce procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'avant ou pendant l'introduction du liquide (A) dans le sol à traiter, ce dernier est traité avec la suspension aqueuse d'un liant hydraulique (liquide C).
