Abstract (en)

In a mixing device for liquid manure, having a bearing frame, a shaft (6) and a propeller (12), in order to make the mode of operation of a cutting tool independent of the axial play of the propeller bearing to avoid having to readjust and regrind the blades (15), it is proposed to provide at least one two-pronged fork (16) and at least one finger (15) as the cutting tool, the finger passing through between the fork prongs. Preferably, the fork is formed as a double blade and fixed to the bearing frame, while the fingers are revolving single blades (15). Advantageously, commercially available cutter blades intended for the shearing bars of mowing machines are used. <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Um bei einer Rührvorrichtung für Flüssigmist mit einem Lagergestell, einer Welle (6) und einem Propeller (12) die Wirkungsweise einer Schneidvorrichtung vom Axialspiel des Propellerlagers unabhängig zu machen und die Messer (15) nicht nachstellen und nachschleifen zu müssen, wird vorgeschlagen, daß als Schneidvorrichtung mindestens eine zweizinkige Gabel (16) und mindestens ein Finger (15) vorgesehen ist, wobei der Finger zwischen den Gabelzinken durchläuft. Vorzugsweise ist die Gabel als Doppelmesser ausgebildet und am Lagergestell befestigt, während die Finger einfache Messer (15) sind und umlaufen. Vorteilhafterweise werden handelsübliche, für Scherbalken von Mähmaschinen bestimmte Messerklingen verwendet.
