[origin: EP0346236A2] The invention relates to a roofing made of stretched flexible material. The roofing of the invention consists essentially of six girders (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) connected to one another, at their ends, by articulated joining pieces (A, BB', CC'), so as to form three triangles with the same base (BB'), two of which, called lateral triangles, (BB'C - BB'C') have their vertices situated on each side of this base respectively and the third, called a ridge triangle, (ABB') has its vertex (A) situated above the planes of the other two, a flexible material is stretched, on the one hand, between the sides (5, 6) of the said ridge triangle and the sides (1, 2) of one of the lateral triangles, and, on the other hand, between the sides (5, 6) of the said ridge triangle and the sides (3, 4) of the other lateral triangle, thus creating a roofing having the form of two hyperbolic paraboloids juxtaposed along the sides (5, 6) of the ridge triangle. <IMAGE>
