Attached to the rotating draw element (16) are fastening arrangements (20), on each of which a saddle-type rack (12) is arranged. The walls (42, 44) of these racks (12) bound pocket-type receiving parts (46) in the region of the effective conveying route. The printing products (14) fed in by the first feeder (22) are each introduced into a receiving part (46) and opened by an opening apparatus so that the printing product (14'), fed in by the second feeder (22'), can be inserted into the first opened printing product (14). The printing products (14, 14'), inserted into one another in this manner, are picked up by grippers (28) of the outgoing conveyor (24) and are led away. It is also possible for the opening apparatus to be switched off so that the printing products (14, 14'), fed in by both feeders (22, 22'), come to rest adjacently in the receiving parts (46), which enables the printing products (14, 14') to be collated. Furthermore, the printing products (14) can also be fed in by the feeders (22, 22') with their open side at the front, the latter being opened by means of the opening devices (36) and placed astride the saddle-type racks (12). Abstract (de)
Am umlaufenden Zugorgan (16) sind Halteanordnungen (20) befestigt, auf welchen je eine sattelförmige Auflage (12) angeordnet ist. Die Wände (42, 44) dieser Auflagen (12) begrenzen im Bereich der förderwirksamen Strecke taschenförmige Aufnahmeteile (46). Die vom ersten Zuförderer (22) zugeführten Druckereiprodukte (14) werden je in einen Aufnahmeteil (46) eingeführt und von einer Oeffnungsvorrichtung geöffnet, so dass das vom zweiten Zuförderer (22') zugeführte Druckereiprodukt (14') in das erste geöffnete Druckereiprodukt (14) eingesteckt werden kann. Die so ineinander eingesteckten Druckereiprodukte (14, 14') werden von Greifern (28) des Wegförderers (24) erfasst und weggeführt. Es ist auch möglich, dass die Oeffnungsvorrichtung ausgeschaltet wird, so dass die von beiden Zuförderern (22, 22') zugeführten Druckereiprodukte (14, 14') in den Aufnahmeteilen (46) nebeneinander zu liegen kommen, wodurch das Zusammentragen von Druckereiprodukten (14, 14') ermöglicht wird. Des weiteren können die Druckereiprodukte (14) von den Zuförderern (22, 22') mit ihrer offenen Seite voraus zugeführt werden, wobei diese mittels der Oeffnungseinrichtungen (36) geöffnet und rittlings auf die sattelförmigen Auflagen (12) abgelegt werden. Die so gesammelten, übereinanderliegenden Druckereiprodukte (14) werden vom Wegförderer (24) erfasst und wegtransportiert.
