In an optical projection form-grinding machine, a measuring probe (11) is attached to the grinding spindle head (1), with which measuring probe (11) a workpiece (4) is alternately traced for grinding operations. During each switching operation of the measuring probe (11), the displacement information supplied at this moment from displacement measuring devices (8, 9) of a workpiece slide (5) is transmitted by a control device (10) to a storage device (12). This stored displacement information can be used to measure the workpiece (4) directly after a machining operation in order to draw conclusions therefrom for the further machining. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei einer projektionsoptischen Formenschleifmaschine ist am Schleifspindelstock (1) ein Meßtaster (11) angebracht, mit dem ein Werkstück (4) abwechselnd zu Schleifvorgängen abgetastet wird. Bei jedem Schaltvorgang des Meßtasters (11) werden die in diesem Augenblick von Wegmeßeinrichtungen (8, 9) eines Werkstückschlittens (5) gelieferten Weginformationen von einer Steuereinrichtung (10) an eine Speichereinrichtung (12) gegeben. Diese gespeicherten Weginformationen können dazu verwendet werden, das Werkstück (4) unmittelbar nach einem Bearbeitungsvorgang zu vermessen, um daraus Folgerungen fur die weitere Bearbeitung abzuleiten.
