The invention relates to a device for forming or coiling roll-hot, rod-shaped small sections and wire in small-section and rod mills, in particular for forming windings for wire of thick dimensions, i.e. wire with a diameter of greater than 20 mm, using a pouring reel or laying head having a three-dimensionally curved guide tube, an oscillating receptacle (20) for receiving the wire windings (2) discharged from the laying head (10) or the guide tube (11) being arranged below the laying head (10) or the guide tube (11). The axis of rotation (12) of the laying head (10) is inclined at between 15 and 90 degrees from the vertical. Arranged below the oscillating receptacle (20) are radially engaging support arms (21) and a station (3) for collecting the wire windings (2) around a collecting mandril (22) to form of wire coils (4) and for their cooling or temperature-maintenance and removal.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum Bilden bzw. Wickeln von walzwarmem, stabförmigen Feinstahl und Draht in Feinstahl- und Drahtstraßen, insbesondere zum Bilden von Windungen für Draht dicker Abmessungen, d.h. von Draht mit einem Durchmesser von mehr als 20 mm, unter Verwendung eines Drehrohrhaspels oder Legekonus mit raumkurvenförmigem Führungsrohr, wobei unterhalb des Legekonus (10) bzw. dem Führungsrohr (11) ein Oszillationsbehälter (20) zur Aufnahme der von dem Legekonus (10) bzw. dem Führungsrohr (11) abgegebenen Drahtwindungen (2) angeordnet ist. Die Drehachse (12) des Legekonus (10) ist zwischen 15 und 90 Grad von der Vertikalen geneigt. Unterhalb des Oszillationsbehälters (20) sind radial eingreifende Tragarme (21) sowie eine Station (3) zum Sammeln der Drahtwindungen (2) um einen Sammeldorn (22) unter Bildung von Drahtbunden (4) sowie zu deren Kühlung oder Temperaturhaltung und Abtransport angeordnet.
