The invention relates to a fastening device for the detachable fastening of a wishbone (23) onto a mast (18) of a surf board. In this arrangement, the fastening device comprises a sleeve (10) surrounding the mast (18) and being adjustable in position to conform to the particular fastening height of the wishbone (23) on the mast (18). The wishbone (23) is fixed by its forward end to the sleeve (10). Also provided on the fastening device are a tensioning member (48') which engages around the mast (18), a tensioning lug which engages between the tensioning member (48') and sleeve (10), and a pivotable tensioning lever (60) for actuating the clamping lug (61). In this arrangement, the sleeve (10) is vertically displaceable on the mast (18) when the clamping lug (61) adopts a release position, and occupies an undisplaceable clamping seat when the clamping lug (61) is in a clamping position. The tensioning lever (60), which is separate from the wishbone (23), is pivotably arranged on the sleeve (10), and a clamping jaw (42) which is subject to the action of the clamping lug (61) is provided on the sleeve (10). <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Befestigungsvorrichtung zur lösbaren Befestigung eines Gabelbaums (23) an einem Mast (18) eines Segelbretts. Die Befestigungsvorrichtung besitzt dabei eine den Mast (18) umgreifende Manschette (10), deren Stellung entsprechend der jeweiligen Befestigungshöhe des Gabelbaums (23) am Mast (18) einstellbar ist. Der Gabelbaum (23) ist mit seinem vorderen Ende an der Manschette (10) befestigt. An der Befestigungsvorrichtung ist ferner ein den Mast (18) umgreifendes Spannglied (48'), eine zwischen dem Spannglied (48') und der Manschette (10) eingreifende Klemmnase sowie ein schwenkbarer Spannhebel (60) zur Betätigung der Klemmnase (61) vorgesehen. Dabei ist die Manschette (10) am Mast (18) höhenverschiebbar, wenn die Klemmnase (61) eine Freigabestellung einnimmt und nimmt einen unverschieblichen Klemmsitz ein, wenn sich die Klemmnase (61) in einer Klemmstellung befindet. Der vom Gabelbaum (23) getrennte Spannhebel (60) ist schwenkbar an der Manschette (10) angeordnet und an der Manschette (10) ist ein von der Klemmnase (61) beaufschlagter Klemmbacken (42) vorgesehen.
