Abstract (en)
The device comprises a kneader (10) consisting of a fixed casing (9) in which emerges the exit end (2b) of the rotating drum (2) and kneading means (40, 41) integral with the casing of the drum (2) and extending this casing in the axial direction on the side of its exit (2b). A burner (13) comprising an elongate body (12) penetrates into the drum (2) via its exit end (2b) and emerges into a flame zone (22). A recycling ring (32) is placed around the drum (2) in the vicinity of the end (12a) of the burner. The casing (9) of the kneader delimits a kneading zone (36) separated from the flame zone (22) around the body (12) of the burner. <IMAGE>
