The invention relates to a band or strap element, especially a watch strap, having two covering layers which form the surfaces of the band, the longitudinal side edges being formed (bordered) as a cut edge or at least partially by at least one of the two covering layers. At least one eyelet is provided to receive a pin at at least one end of the band, by means of which pin the eyelet can be connected in the manner of a hinged joint to eyelets of a further element, for example of a watch housing in an articulated manner. Furthermore, a plurality of adjacent eyelets is provided, the bore holes of which are arranged on one axis and at least one recess is provided between the eyelets, the length of which recess is greater than the distance between the end of the band and the axis of the bore hole. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein band- oder riemenförmiges Bauteil (16), insbesondere ein Uhrband mit zwei Deckschichten (15),(31), welche die Oberflächen des Bandes bilden, wobei die Längsseitenkanten schnittkantig oder wenigstens teilweise von wenigstens einer der beiden Deckschichten gebildet (rembordiert) sind. Es ist wenigstens eine Öse zur Aufnahme eines Stiftes an wenigstens einem Ende des Bandes vorgesehen, mit welchem die Öse scharniergelenkartig mit Ösen eines weiteren Bauteils, beispielsweise eines Uhrgehäuses (45) gelenkig verbunden werden kann. Weiters sind mehrere nebeneinanderliegende Ösen (38,39) vorgesehen, deren Bohrungen gleichachsig angeordnet sind und zwischen den Ösen ist wenigstens eine Ausnehmung (48) vorgesehen, die eine Länge aufweist, die größer ist als der Abstand (41) zwischen dem Ende des Bandes und der Achse der Bohrung (36).
