Abstract (en)
A panel for constructing building roofs comprising a sandwich panel (1) and a longitudinal beam (2), arranged and fastened in the region of one longitudinal end face (3) of the said sandwich panel. The sandwich panel (1) is made up of a rigid foam plastic panel (4), consisting in particular of polystyrene, and a lower cover panel (5) and upper cover panel (5) adhesively attached to the latter. The longitudinal beam (2) comprises an I section, on the lower flange part (7) of which, facing the rigid foam plastic panel (4), the sandwich panel (1) rests with its lower cover panel (5), the web (8) of the said I section bears against the longitudinal end face (3) of the rigid foam plastic panel (1) and its upper flange part (9), facing the rigid foam plastic panel (1), engages in a corresponding longitudinal groove (10) provided in the rigid foam plastic panel (4). Furthermore, the rigid foam plastic panel (4) has on its other longitudinal end face (11) a corresponding longitudinal groove (12) for the upper flange part (9) of the I section of a neighbouring panel. Production is made easier here if the I section (2) comprises a steel sheet shaped by cold rolling or cold drawing and its upper flange (13) is arranged at a distance from the upper cover panel (6). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Ein Plattenelement für die Herstellung von Gebäudedächern bestehend aus einer Sandwichplatte (1) und einem im Bereich von deren einer Längsstirnfläche (3) angeordneten sowie befestigten Längsträger (2). Die Sandwichplatte (1) ist aus einer insbesondere aus Polystyrol bestehenden Hartschaumkunststoffplatte (4) und einer auf diese aufgeklebten unteren sowie oberen Deckplatte (5) aufgebaut. Der Längsträger (2) besteht aus einem I-Profil, auf dessen der Hartschaumkunststoffplatte (4) zugewandtem unteren Flanschteil (7) die Sandwichplatte (1) mit ihrer unteren Deckplatte (5) aufliegt, dessen Steg (8) an der Längsstirnfläche (3) der Hartschaumkunststoffplatte (1) anliegt und dessen der Hartschaumkunststoffplatte (1) zugewandter oberer Flanschteil (9) in eine entsprechende, in der Hartschaumkunststoffplatte (4) vorgesehene Längsnut (10) eingreift. Ferner weist die Hartschaumkunststoffplatte (4) an ihrer anderen Längsstirnfläche (11) eine entsprechende Längsnut (12) für das obere Flanschteil (9) des I-Profils eines benachbarten Plattenelementes auf. Hierbei ergibt sich einfachere Herstellung, wenn das I-Profil (2) aus einem durch Kaltzwalzen oder Kaltziehen umgeformten Stahlblech besteht und sein oberer Flansch (13) mit Abstand von der oberen Deckplatte (6) angeordnet ist.
