Abstract (en)
The boiler is intended for burning liquid or gaseous fuels and consists of a water-bearing housing (1), in which are arranged a firing space (2) with a gas draw-off zone (S) leading to the gas draw-off connection (3) and, in front of the firing space (2), the housing (4) of a blower burner (5) which is connected to the draw-off region of the boiler via an exhaust-gas return channel. To make it possible to ensure a partial return of the exhaust gas on such a burner, and avoid having to provide an outer exhaust-gas return line for this, between the low-pressure side (6) of the rotor chamber (7) of the blower housing (4) located opposite the air intake side and the end region (8) of the firing space (2) located on the burner side is arranged an overflow port (9) forming the exhaust-gas return channel. This exhaust-gas overflow port (9) connects the rotor chamber (7) to the end region (S') of the gas draw-off zone (S). The rotor wheel (12) of the blower is designed to exert suction on the overflow-channel side. <IMAGE>

Der Heizungskessel ist für die Verbrennung flüssiger oder gasförmiger Brennstoffe bestimmt und besteht aus einem wasserführenden Gehäuse (1), in dem ein Feuerraum (2) mit zum Gasabzugsstutzen (3) führender Gasabzugsstrecke (S) und vor dem Feuerraum (2) das Gehäuse (4) eines Gebläsebrenners (5) angeordnet ist, das über einen Abgasrückführkanal mit dem Abzugsbereich des Kessels in Verbindung steht. Um für eine teilweise Abgasrückführung an einem solchen Kessel sorgen zu können und dafür keine äußere Abgasrückführleitung anordnen zu müssen, ist zwischen dem gegenüber der Luftansaugseite befindlichen Unterdruckseite (6) der Läuferkammer (7) des Gebläsegehäuses (4) und dem brennerseitigen Abschlußbereich (8) des Feuerraumes (2) eine den Abgasrückführkanal bildende Überströmöffnung (9) angeordnet. Diese Abgasüberströmöffnung (9) verbindet die Läuferkammer (7) mit dem Endbereich (S') der Gasabzugsstrecke (S). Das Läuferrad (12) des Gebläses ist dabei überströmkanalseitig saugwirksam ausgebildet.
