Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0348284A1] A lacing fastening comprises, along the edge of each of two parts which are to be brought together and/or clamped one against the other, a succession of eyelets (4) through which, in succession, passes the lacing (3), the two sets of opposing eyelets (4) being situated in a single lacing plane (P) likewise containing the lacing (3) passing through the successive eyelets (4). <??>In order to retain the lacing as well as possible, particularly when it is loosened, each eyelet (4) is contained within a plane (P1) which is inclined relative to the lacing plane (P) at an angle such that, on passing through the eyelet (4), the lacing is in contact with the latter solely at two opposite points (A; B) which are spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the lacing (3). <IMAGE>
