Abstract (en)
A shedding device for textile machines, especially for looms, is described. The shedding device has oppositely movable lifting knives (1-3) and hooking elements (4) which can be taken up by these in a hooking position and which are connected in pairs by connecting members forming loops (11), and rollers (12) running in the loops and acting on the shaft or harness assembly of the textile machine, as well as fixed electromagnets (5) which act on the hooking elements and which can be activated via program carriers. To make it possible to have as few movable parts as possible and give the magnets small dimensions, the hooking elements can each be supported by means of a supporting foot (8) in a supporting strip (17) fixed level with the lower-shed position. Between mutually assigned hooking elements, an electromagnet is arranged respectively level with the lower-shed position of these. The hooking elements are pivotable in their lower-shed position between a position bearing against the electromagnets and a stop forming the hooking position. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Es wird eine Fachbildevorrichtung für Textilmaschinen, insbesondere Webmaschinen, beschrieben. Die Fachbildevorrichtung weist gegenläufig bewegbare Hubmesser (1-3) und von diesen in einer Einhakstellung mitnehmbare Einhakelemente (4) auf, die paarweise durch Schlingen (11) bildende Verbindungsorgane verbunden sind, sowie in den Schlingen laufende, auf den Schaft- oder Harnischzug der Textilmaschine einwirkende Rollen (12) sowie auf die Einhakelemente einwirkende, über Programmträger einsteuerbare ortsfeste Elektromagnete (5). Um möglichst wenig bewegbare Teile zu haben und um die Magnete klein dimensionieren zu können, ist vorgesehen, daß die Einhakelemente jeweils mit einem Stützfuß (8) in einer in Höhe der Unterfachstellung ortsfesten Stützleiste (17) abstützbar sind. Zwischen einander zugeordneten Einhakelementen ist in Höhe von deren Unterfachstellung jeweils ein Elektromagnet angeordnet. Die Einhakelemente sind in ihrer Unterfachstellung zwischen einer Anlagestellung gegen den Elektromagneten und einem die Einhakstellung bildenden Anschlag verschwenkbar.
