With a device (1) for adjusting a part of a tiltable piece of furniture, in particular a part of a bed frame, having a first fitting part (2) having catches (6) and having a catch lever (3) on a second fitting part (4) interacting with said first fitting part, the first and the second fitting parts (2, 4) being rotatably linked to each other, and having an apparatus for returning the catch lever (3) from an end position into the starting position, a solution is to be provided, with which, on the one hand, the production costs are reduced and, on the other hand, a great reduction in the noise development during use is achieved. This is achieved by the fact that at least the first fitting part (2) and the catch lever (3) are made of plastic, the first fitting part (2) being of essentially T-shaped construction in cross-section, with the catches (6) on the inside surface of the T-bar (5), and the catch lever (3) being at least partially of U-shaped construction in cross-section for overlapping the T-shaft (7) of the first fitting part (2) and for engagement of its free ends in the catch recesses (6) of the first fitting part (2). <IMAGE>

Mit einer Vorrichtung (1) zum Verstellen eines schwenkbaren Möbelteiles, insbesondere Bettrahmenteiles, mit einem ersten, Rasten (6) aufweisenden Beschlagteil (2) und mit einem damit zusammenwirkenden Rastenhebel (3) an einem zweiten Beschlagteil (4), wobei das erste und das zweite Beschlagteil (2,4) drehbar aneinander angelenkt sind, und mit einer Einrichtung zur Rückführung des Rastenhebels (3) aus einer Endposition in die Anfangsposition, soll eine Lösung geschaffen werden, mit der zum einen die Herstellungskosten gesenkt und zum anderen eine starke Verminderung der Geräuschentwicklung bei der Benutzung erreicht wird. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, daß wenigstens das erste Beschlagteil (2) und der Rastenhebel (3) aus Kunststoff gefertigt sind, wobei das erste Beschlagteil (2) querschnittlich im wesentlichen T-förmig ausgebildet ist, mit den Rasten (6) auf der Innenfläche des T-Steges (5), und wobei der Rastenhebel (3) zum Übergreifen des T-Schaftes (7) des ersten Beschlagteiles (2) und zum Eingriff seiner freien Enden in die Rastenausnehmungen (6) des ersten Beschlagteiles (2) wenigstens bereichsweise querschnittlich U-förmig ausgebildet ist.
