This is achieved by the fact that at least the first fitting part (2) and the catch lever (3) are made of plastic, the first fitting part (2) being of essentially T-shaped construction in cross-section, with the catches (6) on the inside surface of the T-bar (5), and the catch lever (3) being at least partially of U-shaped construction in cross-section for overlapping the T-shaft (7) of the first fitting part (2) and for engagement of its free ends in the catch recesses (6) of the first fitting part (2). <IMAGE>
