Abstract (en)
In double-walled refrigerator containers in which a base-plate (2) with T-shaped supports (3, 4) extending longitudinally thereon forms the loading surface, the problem arises that, particularly in the event of abrupt local stresses caused by the loading vehicles and by projections on the loads to be transported, the floor may be damaged and, in particular, the bond between the base-plate (2) and the insulation (11) destroyed, greatly reducing the stability of the container as a whole. A container which is insensitive to such damage can be achieved in that the base-plate (2) is corrugated, the wave crests (6) are situated at the location of the T-shaped supports (3) and the base-plate (2) is clamped to the insulation (11) by means of anchoring points (7). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei doppelwandigen Kühlcontainern, bei denen eine Grundplatte (2) mit darauf längsverlaufenden, T-förmigen Stützen (3,4) die Ladefläche bildet, tritt das Problem auf, daß insbesondere bei stoßartigen örtlichen Belastungen durch die Beladefahrzeuge und durch Vorsprünge an den zu transportierenden Lasten der Boden beschädigt und insbesondere der Verbund zwischen der Grundplatte (2) und der Isolierung (11) zerstört wird, wodurch die Stabilität des gesamten Containers stark verringert wird. Ein gegen derartige Beschädigungen unempfindlicher Container kann dadurch erreicht werden, daß die Grundplatte (2) gewellt ist, die Wellenberge (6) sich am Ort der T-förmigen Stützen (3) befinden und daß die Grundplatte (2) sich mit Verankerungen (7) mit der Isolierung (11) verklammert.
