[origin: EP0348791A2] In a blind box having a rectangular cross-section, which blind box is obtained either in an integral construction as a shaped part made of wood wool cement or in a joined arrangement of individual light building boards assembled to form a construction set or even of two different shaped parts likewise made of wood wool cement, an outwardly prestressed cork plate is used for the heat insulation, the curvature of which cork plate is essentially concentric to the non-centrally arranged axis of the winding roller and has a radius of curvature which is only slightly larger compared to the roll diameter of the wound-up blind and is formed by the anchorage, obtained by the prestressing, on the surrounding inside of the box. <IMAGE>
