A process for correcting the ignition time of a projectile after it leaves the muzzle of the barrel of a gun is based on detecting and integrating the acceleration which the projectile experiences. If the acceleration is integrated twice inside and outside the barrel, the distance which the projectile actually covers is obtained. <IMAGE>

Ein Verfahren zur Korrektur des Zündzeitpunktes eines Geschosses nach Verlassen der Mündung des Rohres eines Geschützes beruht darauf, daß die Beschleunigung, die das Geschoß erfährt, detektiert und integriert wird. Integriert man die Beschleunigung innerhalb und außerhalb des Rohres zweimal, erhält man den Weg, den das Geschoß tatsächlich zurücklegt.
