Applicator unit in the form of a pen, comprising a solid mascara cake and a dispensing element (brush, pen). This unit comprises a tubular body (1) and a cap (2) carrying the dispensing element (3) at the end of a stem (31), the tubular body (1) containing a mascara cake (7) at least partially hollowed out in order to permit the charging of the dispensing element (3), the applicator unit furthermore containing a reservoir which contains a liquid used for dampening the dispensing element (3), the reservoir (4) and the dispensing element (3) being associated in a manner such that, at the time of use, the said element (3) is dampened by the said liquid. <IMAGE>

Ensemble applicateur sous forme de stylo, comportant un pain solide de mascara et un élément de distribution (brosse, plume). Cet ensemble comporte un corps tubulaire (1) et un capuchon (2) portant l'élément de distribution (3) au bout d'une tige (31), le corps tubulaire (1) contenant un pain de mascara (7) au moins partiellement évidé pour permettre le chargement de l'élément distributeur (3), l'ensemble applicateur contenant, en outre, un réservoir qui contient un liquide servant à humecter l'élément de distribution (3), le réservoir (4) et l'élément de distribution (3) étant associés de façon qu'au moment de l'emploi, ledit élément (3) soit humecté par ledit liquide.
