Le dispositif de l'invention est destiné à être monté mobile sur la bouche du canon (1) d'un appareil de scellement. Il comporte un boîtier souple (11), fixé sur une enclume (10) destinée à transmettre l'énergie du piston (4) de l'appareil à une série de poinçons (14) disposés dans le boîtier et dont la course est contrôlée par un bourrelet d'amortissement (19) s'écrasant lors du marquage. Le dispositif permet un marquage de qualité, notamment pour le datage de pièces.
