Abstract (en)
A known closed container construction made of insulating material, using the layered construction method, for the transport of perishable goods on a commercial vehicle has individual walls with a polyurethane core and an inner skin and an outer skin made of suitable material, wood, sheet metal or the like. For the purpose of required stability, reinforcement ribs, rails, panels or the like are provided, which increase the empty weight of the construction and impair the heat-insulation properties. According to the invention, a self-supporting closed container construction is proposed, the individual walls (3,4,7) of which are likewise constructed to be self-supporting and contain no heat bridges such as according to the state of the art. Overall, a low empty weight of the container (1) results. <IMAGE>

Ein bekannter geschlossener Kastenaufbau aus Isoliermaterial in Schichtbauweise für den Transport von verderblichem Gut auf einem Nutzfahrzeug besitzt Einzelwände mit einem Polyurethankern sowie einer Innen- und einer Außenhaut aus geeignetem Material, Holz, Blech od.dgl.. Zwecks erforderlicher Stabilität sind Verstärkungsrippen, -schienen, -platten od.dgl. vorgesehen, die das Leergewicht des Aufbaus erhöhen und die Wärmeisoliereigenschaften beeinträchtigen. Erfindungsgemäß wird ein selbsttragender geschlossener Kastenaufbau vorgeschlagen, dessen Einzelwände (3,4,7) ebenfalls selbsttragend aufgebaut sind und keine Wärmebrücken wie nach dem Stand der Technik enthalten. Insgesamt ergibt sich ein geringes Leergewicht des Kastens (1).
