The invention relates to a chimney cowl for rear-ventilated multi-layered domestic chimneys which have, in their longitudinal direction, at least one flue gas pipe (2) and at least one rear-ventilating duct (16), with an upper cover plate (10) for the chimney, which has at least one opening (12), through which a flue gas pipe (2) projects upwards and which forms, with the outer circumferential surface of the flue gas pipe, a passage opening (18) for the rear-ventilating gas. According to the invention, provision is made for a collecting trough (20) for the moisture passing downwards through the passage opening (18) to be arranged below the cover plate (10) and form at least one outlet (36), by which the respective rear-ventilating duct (16) communicates with the passage opening (18). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Schornsteinkopf für hinterlüftete mehrschalige Hausschornsteine, die in ihrer Längsrichtung mindestens ein Rauchgasrohr (2) und mindestens einen Hinterlüftungskanal (16) aufweisen, mit einer oberen Abdeckplatte (10) für den Schornstein, die mindestens eine Öffnung (12) aufweist, durch die hindurch ein Rauchgasrohr (2) nach oben ragt und die mit der äußeren Mantelfläche des Rauchgasrohres eine Durchtrittsöffnung (18) für das Hinterlüftungsgas bildet. Nach der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, daß unterhalb der Abdeckplatte (10) eine Auffangwanne (20) für durch die Durchtrittsöffnung (18) nach unten hindurchtretende Feuchtigkeit angeordnet ist und mindestens einen Durchlaß (36) bildet, durch den der jeweilige Hinterlüftungskanal (16) mit der Durchtrittsöffnung (18) kommunizierend verbunden ist.
