[origin: JPH0271001A] PURPOSE: To prevent cracking of a heating tube by specifying the height at the lower section of a vertical flue arranged obliquely with heating tubes. CONSTITUTION: A vertical flue 2 is formed by a heating tube wall at the lower flue section 7 of height H and the heating tubes 15 are arranged obliquely upward. The vertical flue 2 is formed by a heating tube wall at the upper flue section 10 and the heating tubes 16 are arranged vertically. Each heating tube 15 ascending obliquely on the heating tube wall at the lower flue section 7 is coupled with three vertical heating tubes 16 on the heating tube wall at the upper flue section 10. In order to avoid thermal stress on the heating tube wall at the lower flue section 7 of the flue 2, the height H is set at 70% or less of the total height 7 of the upper and lower flue sections 10, 7 of the flue 2. Thermal stress on the heating tube wall at the lower flue section 7 decreases as the percentage decreases. Percentage of the height H at the lower flue section 7 is limited by the arrangement of a burner 8.

Ein Durchlaufdampferzeuger hat einen vertikalen Gaszug (2) mit gasdichten Rohrwänden, deren Rohre (15) in einem unteren Teil (7) des Gaszuges (2) schräg ansteigend und deren Rohre (16) in einem oberen, am Oberende durch eine Querwand (11) des Gaszuges (2), durch eine von den Rohrwänden gebildete Querschnittsverengung (12) oder durch eine Unterkante (14) von innerhalb des Gaszuges (2) befindlichen Heizflächen (9) begrenzten Teil (10) vertikal angeordnet sind; zum Vermeiden von Rohrreißern ist die Höhe (H) des unteren Teils (7) kleiner als 70 % der Gesamthöhe (L) von unterem (7) und oberem Teil (10).
