[origin: EP0349973A2] The invention relates to a cube comprising individual components whose total volume corresponds to the volume of the cube and which are held together by plug connections. According to the invention, three types of individual components are used, the first and second types of individual components being first and second L-shaped bodies having two equally long L-legs which, at their outer, longest edge, correspond to 2/3 of the length of a cube edge and which each possess two mutually opposite bores. The third type of individual component comprises plug rods which correspond in length to the edge of the cube and which are introduced into the bores in the L-shaped bodies to form the cube. In this arrangement, the plug rods are so arranged in the cube that two plug rods in each case, in each of the three spatial directions, extend parallel at a distance of 2/3 of the edge length of the cube and are arranged about the centre of the cube. <IMAGE>
