[origin: JPH0268000A] PURPOSE: To make the assembling, etc., of an irradiation unit faster by bringing the external surfaces of front and rear covers into contact with stoppers coupled with a supporting frame and positioning spring members on the inside of the covers, and bringing the covers press-contact with the stoppers. CONSTITUTION: The irradiation unit has a molded hollow supporting frame 1 provided with front and rear covers 2 and 3. The upper surfaces of the covers 2 and 3 are brought into contact with stoppers 4 which are installed to the facing tow sides of the frame 1 through screwed-in rails. Auxiliary frames 5 are fixed to the upper and lower internal surfaces of the frame 1 and the frames 5 support pins 7 at the locations of holding sections 6. Spring members 8 are put on the outer peripheries of the pins 7. The pins 7 can be moved perpendicularly to the covers 2 and 3 and members 8 press-contact strips 10 with the internal surfaces of the covers 2 and 3. The strips 10 are positioned to at least two members 8 within the extents of their end sections. A molded rail 12 is fixed to the frame 1 and supporting members 11 in a state where the rail 12 is horizontally extended and the rail 12 accepts tightening plates 13 provided with holding members 14.

Es sind Bestrahlungseinheiten in Form eines plattenförmigen Bauelementes mit einem Trägerrahmen bekannt, der mehrere Bestrahlungslampen an Halterungen aufnimmt, wobei die Bestrahlungslampen von einer vorderen und einer hinteren Abdeckung abgedeckt sind und wobei die vordere, für Strahlung durchlässige Abdeckung abnehmbar gehalten ist. Um eine Bestrahlungseinheit derart auszugestalten, daß eine einfache und schnelle Montage sowie ein schneller Wechsel der vorderen als auch einer hinteren Abdeckung u.a. zum Wechsel der innen montierten Strahler möglich wird und weiterhin ein Längenausgleich zwischen den Abdeckungen und dem Trägerrahmen gegeben ist, liegt die vordere und/oder die hintere Abdeckung (2,3) mit der nach außen gerichteten Seite jeweils gegen mit dem Trägerrahmen (1,5) verbundene Anschläge (4) an und sind jeweils der Innenseite Federelemente (8) zugeordnet, die an der Innenseite anliegend die jeweilige Abdeckung (2,3) an die Anschläge (4) andrücken.
