The invention relates to a coal-transporting and charging system for coke-oven batteries, having a conveyor device arranged directly or laterally above the battery in the longitudinal direction thereof, for example a conveyor belt or continuous conveyor, for transporting the coal from the coal tower or from a free transfer point to the individual ovens, and having a connection of the conveyor device to a moveable service car for emission-free charging of the coal into the ovens. According to the invention, the conveyor device (8) can be moved underneath the coal tower (13) or underneath a free transfer point in the longitudinal direction of the battery in such a way that the ejector end (9) of the conveyor device (8) can be moved as far as the region of the oven which is to be charged and is connected there to the service car (4) for charging the coal into the ovens. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kohletransport- und -füllsystem für Verkokungsofenbatterien mit einer über oder seitlich oberhalb der Batterie in deren Längsrichtung angeordneten Fördervorrichtung, z. B. einem Förderband bzw. Stetigförderer, zum Transport der Kohle vom Kohleturm bzw. einer freien Übergabestelle zu den einzelnen Öfen und mit Anschluß der Fördervorrichtung an einen fahrbaren Servicewagen zum emissionsfreien Einfüllen der Kohle in die Öfen. Erfindungsgemäß ist die Fördervorrichtung (8) unter dem Kohleturm (13) bzw. einer freien Übergabestelle in Batterielängsrichtung derart verfahrbar, daß der Abwurfkopf (9) der Fördervorrichtung (8) bis in den Bereich des zu füllenden Ofens verfahrbar und dort zum Einfüllen der Kohle in die Öfen mit dem Servicewagen (4) verbunden ist.
