[origin: JPH0259061A] PURPOSE: To ensure hermetically sealing performance by composing a closure member, which is hermetically in contact with a valve seat, of a synthetic resin body having a hermetically sealing part and energizing the closure member to a valve seat direction by an elastic part. CONSTITUTION: A lid 2 is provided at a container and a valve is provided with a valve body 1 having the valve seat 12, the closure member 3 which is hermetically in contact with the valve seat 12 and a means 4 for holding the closure member 3 at the valve body 1. Further the valve body 1 is provided with a synthetic resin part formed inside the lid 2, an extended part 9 projecting to the outside of the lid 2 so as to be inserted into a spraying device and a through hole 10 containing the valve seat 12 at an entrance side thereof. Further, the closure member 3 is made of the synthetic resin body having at least one hermetically sealing part 14, is freely movable in the through hole 10 and moves so as to be hermetically in contact with the valve seat 12. Further the valve is provided with an elastic member 5 which energizes the closure member 3 in the valve seat 12 direction. Consequently hermetically sealing performance can be ensured.

Das Ventil besteht im wesentlichen aus einem Ventilkörper (1), der an einen Behälterdeckel (2) angeformt ist, einem Verschlussteil (3), der im Ventilkörper (1) angeordnet ist, und einem Federelement (5), das den Verschlussteil (3) in den Ventilkörper (1) hineindrückt, so dass das Ventil geschlossen ist. Am Verschlussteil (3) ist ein dichtungsabschnitt (14) ausgebildet, der mit dem Ventilsitz im Ventilkörper (1) zusammenwirkt. Am Ventilkörper (1) ist ein zweiter Dichtungsabschnitt (24) ausgebildet, der mit einem Abschnitt einer spritzpistole oder dergleichen zusammenwirkt, um das Austreten von Fluid zu verhindern. Das Ventil kommt ohne Dichtungselemente aus Elastomeren oder Gummi aus, wodurch die durch Zersetzung der Dichtungselemente bewirkte Undichtheit nicht auftritt und mit derartigen Ventilen bestückte Behälter in beliebiger Lage aufbewahrt werden können.
