Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einlage, insb. für Sportschuhe, welche aus einer Pelotte und einer Fußbettstütze besteht, wobei die Pelotte von zwei Scheiben mit in diesen eingelegten Polstern für die Führung und Abstützung des Knöchels eines Fußes gebildet wird und diese Scheiben über sie miteinander verbindenden Säumen zusammenhängen sowie mit diesen Säumen unter der Fußbettstütze unter sich und/oder auch mit der Fußbettstütze verbindbar sind.
