Abstract (en)
In a commutator (1) for electrical machines, the segments (2) of which form at least one seat for a prestressed reinforcing ring (7) concentric to the longitudinal axis of the commutator, the material section (6) of the segments (2) delimiting the seat with respect to the longitudinal axis of the commutator is plastically deformed outwards in radial direction. During the plastic deformation, the segments (2) are supported from the outside. The widening of the seat leads to a widening of the reinforcing ring (7), from which the tensioning thereof results. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei einem Kommutator (1) für elektrische Maschinen, dessen Segmente (2) wenigstens einen zur Kommutatorlängsachse konzentrischen Sitz für einen vorgespannten Armierungsring (7) bilden, ist die den Sitz gegen die Kommutatorlängsachse hin begrenzende Materialpartie (6) der Segmente (2) in radialer Richtung nach außen hin plastisch verformt. Bei der plastischen Verformung sind die Segmente (2) von außen her abgestützt. Die Aufweitung des Sitzes führt zu einer Aufweitung des Armierungsringes (7), aus der dessen Spannung resultiert.
