Abstract (en)
Known spraying devices coat a test panel from the bottom to the top, the spray path running in an approximate Z shape. Due to the pronounced overlapping in the turning regions, the lacquer coating becomes uneven. The new spraying device is intended to coat test panels evenly, and namely under such defined conditions that the coating is reproducible. The new spraying device has a gearing which only permits the vertical lifting of the spray gun if the nozzle of the spray gun is in a position laterally next to the test panel. Testing of lacquers.

Bekannte Spritzvorrichtungen beschichten eine Prüftafel von unten nach oben, wobei der Spritzweg in etwa Z-förmig verläuft. Durch die starke Überlappung in den Wendebereichen wird die Lackbelegung ungleichmäßig. Die neue Spritzvorrichtung soll Prüftafeln gleichmäßig beschichten, und zwar mit so definierten Bedingungen, daß die Beschichtung reproduzierbar ist. Die neue Spritzvorrichtung weist ein Getriebe aus, daß den Vertikalhub der Spritzpistole nur dann zuläßt, wenn die Düse der Spritzpistole in einer Position seitlich neben der Prüftafel ist. Prüfung von Lacken.
