Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0351246A2] A tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA) analogue in substantially inactivated one-chain form capable of being converted to the active two-chain form is modified in the region from position 414 to position 433. In particular, the t-PA analogue is one in which a positively charged amino acid residue in position 419 and optionally also in position 420 has been replaced by a negatively charged or uncharged amino acid residue to inhibit interaction with the amino acid residue in position 480.
